Terms of Use

MakinAI is a LISTING AND VERIFICATION PLATFORM on which used and new furniture machinery are advertised, their technical data verified, and buyers and sellers find each other.

The platform is NOT the seller, buyer, broker or guarantor of the machine in a listing. Any contract concerning the machine is concluded directly between buyer and seller.

MakinAI verifies the technical data of a listing against the machine type plate and checks it with a rule engine; this verification is not a warranty as to the physical condition, working order or freedom from defects of the machine.

MAKINAI DOES NOT ACT AS AN INTERMEDIARY FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE MACHINE PRICE BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. There is no escrow account, payment protection or money transfer service on the platform, and there is no "Buy" button.

Only MakinAI’s own service fees are collected online through the platform: listing fees, extra listing fees, membership/plan fees and promotion fees. Those payments concern the relationship between MakinAI and the user. Card payment is available only for these digital services; MakinAI does not sell machines, does not collect machine payments on behalf of any seller or buyer, and does not hold funds in escrow.

Payment of the machine price, delivery, transport, installation and invoicing are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and the seller. MakinAI is not a party to disputes on these matters.

These Terms of Use as a whole form the MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT between you and MakinAI; by opening an account you accept this agreement. It remains in force while your account is open and ends under article 12.

You need an account to post listings and requests. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details.

There are two account types: individual and corporate. Corporate accounts are asked for official documents (tax certificate, trade registry gazette); some corporate features stay closed until those documents are approved.

A person or company may not open multiple accounts in order to exceed a quota.

A legible photograph of the machine type plate is MANDATORY in every listing. A listing without a plate photo is not published; this step cannot be skipped.

If the technical data you declare conflicts with the plate, the listing goes to moderator review. Defined rejection rules apply to cases such as stock or catalogue imagery, contact details inside the listing text, out-of-scope products and duplicate listings; the outcome is communicated with its reason and you may appeal.

THE PUBLICATION PERIOD OF AN INDIVIDUAL LISTING IS 1 MONTH. When it expires the listing drops out of publication; you may renew it.

An individual seller has 3 FREE LISTINGS PER YEAR. Renewals are deducted from the same quota. When the quota is used up you may continue by paying an extra listing fee.

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing text, images and technical data.

MakinAI is built on buyers and sellers dealing directly. For this reason THE SELLER’S CONTACT DETAILS ARE DISPLAYED OPENLY ON THE LISTING PAGE.

When posting a listing you are asked for explicit consent to publish your contact details. You may withdraw that consent; once withdrawn, your phone number is not shown on the listing and buyers can only reach you by leaving an enquiry through the platform.

Phone number reveals are counted for abuse analysis. IP addresses are not stored in plain text.

BUYING PROMOTION DOES NOT CHANGE SEARCH RANKING. Promoted listings are never mixed into the organic result list; they are shown in a separate block labelled "Sponsored".

PROMOTION ALSO DOES NOT CHANGE AI RECOMMENDATIONS OR SCORES. The listing quality score is computed only from the listing’s own measurable attributes, and the suitability score only from your need analysis; payment affects neither.

The "Trusted Seller" badge cannot be bought, cannot be extended and none of its criteria can be waived.

AI-assisted output on the platform — plate reading suggestions, listing text drafts, valuation ranges and recommendation rationales — is a PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT; it is NOT BINDING and does not replace an expert report.

The system does not produce technical values that are absent from the inputs. Where there is not enough data, no valuation range is shown; no estimate is invented.

Values read from a plate are suggestions; nothing is written into your listing until you accept it. Responsibility for published content rests with the seller.

Listings pass through an automatic rule check and, where necessary, a moderator review. A reason is given for every rejected listing.

You may appeal a rejection; the appeal is reviewed as a separate record.

Accounts that repeatedly breach the rules, post misleading listings or abuse the platform may be suspended. Suspension is notified together with its reason.

The platform’s software, design, database structure and brand are operated and protected by Mustafa Güldüler.

You remain the rights holder of the images and texts you upload. By uploading them you grant MakinAI a free, worldwide licence to publish them on the platform, cache them, produce smaller derivatives and show them in search results. This licence ends when the listing is withdrawn, except for records subject to a statutory retention obligation.

Uploading imagery you do not own is prohibited and leads to automatic rejection.

MakinAI checks the information in listings against the machine plate and the rule engine; it gives no warranty as to the physical condition, working order, freedom from defects, ownership of, or absence of encumbrances on the machine.

Buyers are advised to inspect the machine on site before purchase, to have it checked by an independent expert where appropriate, and to verify the seller’s authority.

MakinAI’s liability is in all cases limited to the service fees collected from the user concerned. This limit does not cover mandatory provisions of consumer legislation, nor cases of intent or gross negligence.

Listing, extra listing, plan and promotion fees are shown at the moment of purchase. VAT is always shown as a SEPARATE LINE ITEM and never embedded in the price.

Cancellation and refund of a purchased service are subject to the applicable consumer legislation and to the distance sales agreement you approve at purchase. Details are on the Refund and Cancellation Terms, Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form pages.

When fees change, the current price is published on the platform; the price of a running subscription does not change until the end of its term.

You may close your account at any time from the panel. When the account is closed, your published listings are withdrawn.

Records subject to a statutory retention obligation (invoices, payments, audit logs and consent records) continue to be kept for the period required by law; those records fall outside the scope of a deletion request.

When these terms are updated, the new version is published with its version number and effective date. Earlier versions are never overwritten.

In the event of a material change, you are notified on your account before it takes effect and the new text is shown at your next sign-in.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

The courts and enforcement offices of Eskişehir have jurisdiction over disputes. For users who qualify as consumers, the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
