This form contains the information that must be given to the consumer before ordering MakinAI’s paid digital services, under article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Main features of the service

MakinAI’s paid digital services: listing plans and quotas, extra listing rights, listing promotion and the company showcase. The scope, duration and nature of the service are shown in the order summary. Services are provided electronically; there is no physical delivery.

MakinAI is a listing platform and does not sell machines. A machine purchase agreement is concluded between buyer and seller; MakinAI is not a party and does not collect the machine price. Cards are charged only for these digital services.

3. Total price

The total price of the service including taxes is shown in the order summary at the time of ordering; VAT is shown as a separate line. No additional charge (such as delivery) is made.

4. Payment and performance

Payment is by credit/debit card (3D Secure) or bank transfer/EFT. The service is assigned to your account once payment is confirmed; performance takes at most 30 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason and without penalty. Send your notice to [email protected]. Details are on the Refund and Cancellation Terms page.

6. When withdrawal cannot be used

For services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal may not be available where your explicit consent to start performance before the withdrawal period ends has been obtained. Unless that consent is obtained, your right of withdrawal continues. Buyers who are not consumers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints and applications

You can send complaints to [email protected] or through the contact form. You may also apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits.
