BUYER The user who is a MakinAI member and orders a paid service on the platform. The Buyer’s identity, address and invoice details are those the Buyer provides at sign-up and at ordering.

The subject is the provision by the Seller of the paid digital service the Buyer orders on MakinAI, whose features are stated in the order summary, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

MakinAI is a listing platform and does not sell machines. The purchase agreement for any machine listed on the platform is concluded solely between buyer and seller; MakinAI is not a party to it and does not collect the machine price. Under this agreement, cards are charged only for MakinAI’s digital services.

Services are provided electronically; there is no physical delivery. The ordered plan, quota, extra listing right, promotion or company showcase is assigned to the Buyer’s account once payment is confirmed. For bank transfer/EFT payments, this happens after the payment notice has been checked and approved.

Buying promotion does not change search ranking, quality scores, AI recommendations or badges; promoted listings are shown in a separate block labelled “Sponsored”.

The price of the service is shown in the order summary at the time of ordering; VAT is shown as a separate line and is included in the total payable. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (with 3D Secure) or by bank transfer/EFT. The invoice is issued according to the invoice details given at ordering.

The service is performed immediately after payment is confirmed and in any case within 30 days. If the Seller cannot perform within this period, it informs the Buyer and refunds the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.

A Buyer who purchases as a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date. The exercise and scope of this right, the exception for instantly performed services and the refund method are explained on the Refund and Cancellation Terms page and in the Pre-Information Form, which form an integral part of this agreement. Withdrawal notice is given in writing to the e-mail address on this page.

If the Buyer fails to pay, the service is not assigned. The order may be cancelled where unauthorised card use is suspected or the payment institution rejects the transaction. The parties are liable under the general provisions for damage caused by failing to perform their obligations.

A Buyer who is a consumer may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts for disputes above those limits. For a Buyer who is not a consumer, the courts and enforcement offices of Eskişehir have jurisdiction.

By confirming the order, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and this agreement; the agreement is concluded and takes effect with this confirmation.
