This notice explains your consent for campaign and announcement messages under Law no. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

2. Scope of messages
If you consent, campaign, announcement and new-feature messages are sent by e-mail and/or text message. Transactional, verification and security messages are not commercial electronic messages and do not depend on this consent.
3. Consent is optional
This consent is not required for membership or for using the services; it is off by default. Not consenting does not affect the service.
4. Withdrawing consent and opting out
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: from the settings in your panel, from the opt-out link in a message, or by writing to [email protected]. Your request is processed within 3 business days at the latest.
5. Personal data
Your e-mail and phone details processed for these messages are handled as set out in the Data Protection Notice.
